The Value Il Granaio delle Idee is a company that operates as a blender on an international scale, offering a wide range of clean label blends and adjuvants, as well as personalized consultancy services. Bakery, pastry and pizzeria, both artisanal and industrial, are our reference sectors. Our story begins with Ernesto Guardalben, grandfather of the company's founder and a well-known Venetian industrialist. The first mill belonging to his family was built in 1890. Fifty years later, a pioneer and innovator in the sector, Ernesto continued the family tradition by inaugurating his own mill. Unfortunately, his innovative work in flour production and blending was cut short by his untimely death, which led to the closure of the business. Although he was unable to meet his grandfather, Federico Allamprese Manes Rossi, the founder of Il Granaio delle Idee, chose to continue the same path in the baking mixes sector.
